These Terms of Use are a contract between Binkyness Pet Tech Ltda, a Brazilian company (“BINKYNESS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and your veterinary medical practice (“you”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how Binkyness and its related companies (collectively, “Binkyness”) collect, use, and share personal and pet-related information of consumer users (“Pet Owners”) and veterinarian users, which include all providers of health and behavior services to pets (e.g., veterinarian hospitals, DVMs, and LVTs) (“Veterinarian Providers”) (collectively, “Users,” “you,” “your”), of the Binkyness telehealth service and platform, including any Company website (the “Site”) or mobile software application (the “Application”) (collectively, the “Service”). Beyond the Policy, your use of our Service is also subject to our Pet Parent Terms of Use or Veterinarian Terms of Use.
